Posted by fmmh in : Ramblings , 3commentsMy hubby made me watch an episode of Dexter, a Showtime series. I didn’t want to watch the show because the name emotionally triggers me. It is the last name of a guy who hurt me. I didn’t want to like the series, but I do! I think I like Dex for several reasons but mostly because he’s an advocate for kids. He is not a serial killer. I think that is his identity crisis. He is a vigilante. Dexter’s justifiable homicides protect innocence.
